Once your order is processed and ready it will be available for pick up Collegiate Hall Main Office. Business hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm

In-Store Returns

We will accept returns upon manager approval for unworn items in original condition with original receipt no later than 14 days from purchase date.

Online Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product(s). Return shipping will be at the expense of the purchaser. Items must be in original condition. Once item has been returned, it must be approved by the manager for the refund be to be processed.
